On July 7, 2023, Tiffany E. Caron was appointed as the Chapter 7 Trustee for the Master Lending Group, LLC bankruptcy estate.

The Trustee’s primary job is to recover money and assets for the benefit of creditors.

The Trustee has hired a forensic accounting firm, KapilaMukamal, LLC and special counsel, Taylor English Duma, LLP, firms which have substantial experience in financial fraud cases.

The investigation is in the early stages and we ask for patience as the Trustee and her team complete their initial assessment and secure the estate assets.

This website will serve as a source of information on the Trustee’s progress and to provide information to creditors. We will post additional information as it becomes available as well as provide information about deadlines and forms to file a claim.
